**In short:** Offer is a step in the registration process where a user is introduced to and offered enrolment in a Voice Biometric service.

An offer of enrolment can be made by an agent or automated system and generally consists of a brief introduction to the features and benefits of the Voice Biometric service before a request for consent to enrol them.
